By using the CHARBZ website you agree to these terms. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to access areas you are not authorised to use.

Accounts

Accounts are optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.

Guest purchases

You can place an order without an account. You must provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Product descriptions and pricing

We aim to describe and photograph each piece accurately. Handmade pieces may vary slightly. Prices are set and charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS). Prices in other currencies are estimates for display only.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. We may cancel and refund an order if a piece becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Paystack in Ghana Cedis. Unpaid orders expire after a short time and are not reserved.

Shipping and pickup

Delivery options, fees and estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees. Atelier pickup is available at the times shown at checkout.

Product availability

Stock is limited and pieces can sell out. A sold-out piece cannot be purchased until it is restocked.

Intellectual property

All designs, photography, text and branding on this website belong to CHARBZ and may not be used without permission.

Reviews and user content

Reviews you submit must be honest and lawful. We may moderate or remove reviews. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on the website.

Design Studio and custom jewelry

The Design Studio is coming soon. Terms for custom and made-to-order pieces, including returns, will be added before launch. (to be provided)
