Information we collect
We collect the information you give us when you browse, create an account, or place an order, and limited technical information needed to run the website.
Account information
If you create an account we store your name, email address and, optionally, your phone number. If you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address from Google.
Guest checkout information
You can buy without an account. For guest orders we collect your name, email address, phone number and, where delivery applies, your delivery address, so we can fulfil and contact you about your order.
Order and transaction information
For each order we keep the items, quantities, prices at purchase, shipping method and cost, totals, currency, order status, payment status and payment reference.
Payment processing and Paystack
Payments are processed by Paystack. Card and bank details are entered on Paystack's secure checkout and are not stored by CHARBZ. We receive confirmation of the payment, its reference and status. Paystack's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
Shipping and delivery
We use your delivery address and phone number to deliver your order or arrange atelier pickup. List any courier or delivery partners who receive this information. (to be provided)

Access to customer data is restricted by role and enforced on our servers. Admin access requires two-step verification. Payment secrets are never exposed in the website.
